I offer a small, carefully managed retirement boarding program designed specifically for high-level sport horses stepping out of competition. This program is for owners who love their horses deeply and want their next chapter handled with the same care, experience, and respect that defined their competitive careers.

This is not simply turnout — it is thoughtful, professional management for horses who deserve comfort and dignity.

Care Philosophy

Horses in my program live in a natural setting with extensive turnout, room to move, socialize, and simply be horses. They are not confined to stalls, yet they receive daily hands-on care, careful observation, and consistent human connection.

Drawing on over 25 years at the highest level of show jumping, I recognize subtle physical and behavioral changes early and am able to manage each horse proactively.

End-of-life care is approached with realism, compassion, and respect, always guided by what is best for the horse.

We take great pride in giving the horses in our care the best lives possible. We treat your horse how you would, with love, attention. Our goal is to give you peace of mind that your horse is in capable hands, all while staying competitively priced.

For those wanting shorter-term situations, we also offer lay-up care for horses recovering from injuries or simply need a break. Due to our daily care and attention, we can monitor the horses' health and make sure they are recovering correctly. For horses that simply need a mental break, our facility offers a tranquil place for them to relax and go back to “being horses.” The daily care prevents your horse from becoming unmanageable or part of the herd-like other facilities. 

It is with great passion and effort that we do this, and we would love to speak with you more about your horse and their needs.  The all inclusive rate of $700 per month, includes vaccines, worming, hoof trims, grain, hay and dental care.
